ContractLensAI provides AI-powered contract insights, clause extraction, and risk identification. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Legal Advice

ContractLensAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All results are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Using the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must verify the accuracy of all AI-generated results.
• You must not upload documents you do not have lawful rights to use.
• You must not use the Service to produce legal documents without attorney review.
• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract AI model data.
• You must not attempt to bypass token limits or security controls.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all files you upload. Documents are processed in memory only and are not stored. Temporary processing copies may exist briefly during analysis and are then deleted.

5. Limitations of Liability

ContractLensAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or legal consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
